	All rates given are inclusive of VAT 7% government tax and 10% service charge.

	Bungalow is for 2 persons per bungalow. the extra bed or the 3rd person (more than 6 years old) in room is a surcharge of 1,200 Bht + ABF.
	The 2nd extra bed or for the 4th person (under 6 years old) in room is a surcharge 1,000 Bht for extra bed will be set up on the sofa in the Garden Villa only. It is inclusive ABF. If no extra bed is neeeded for a child under than 6 years old accompanying his parents, a 450 Bht + ABF
	PEAK season extra bed is a surcharge of 1,500 Baht inclusive ABF. Child under 6 years old will be charged 800 Baht inclusive ABF. Baby cot FREE of charge.
	Three adults’ maximum per bungalow.
	Minimum stay of 3 nights all year round is requested.
	Minimum stay of 7 nights in the peak season 21 Dec 07 until and including 10 Jan 08. There is compulsory - Chirstmas Eve 24th Dec 07. We will host gala dinners priced at 4,000 Bht per person adult, 2,000 Bht for child under 6 years old. Infants 1-3 years Dec 07. - New Year's Eve 31 Dec 07. We will host gala dinners priced at 5,000 Bht per person adult, 2,500 Bht for child 6 years old. Infants 1-3 years Dec 07.
	Airport transfer if required is 250 Baht per person each way. Children under 6 years old are FREE of charge.
	Check out time is NOON. Check in time is 14:00 hrs. We cannot guarantee early check-in but we will always do everything possible to assist including offering a temporary bungalow if (and only if) available. Late check-out (up to 5 pm latest) will be given at no extra charge if that particular bungalow is not required the same day by incoming guest. If not possible, we will either offer another bungalow or failing that, we have changing and shower facilities as well as a secure luggage room.
	ZAZEN BOUTIQUE RESORT& SPA organizes both Buddhist Thai and Western Weddings. Each wedding package costs 46 000 Baht.

Cancellation / No Show / Amendment Charges:

	must be made within 30 days prior to arrival date, otherwise a late cancellation fee of 1 night/room will be applied.
	Amendment; Please inform us at least longer than 30 day for Peak Season or 15 days for other seasons prior of each booking arrival date.
	If the booking is cancelled more than 15 days prior to the Gala Dinner date the deposit will be refunded, less bank handing charges of 15% . Less than 15 days, no deposit will be refunded.
	Early check outs; the deposit will be non-refundable.
	No show is subject to a fully day rate charge.
