Shoulder Seasons: (6 Sep - 15 Oct, 6 Jan - 31 Jan) - For all bookings with 10 consecutives nights paying will get 2 extra nights free on room include breakfast. ** No Long Stay Benefits for High and Peak Season. 	Children's Policy - Baby cot for child under 2 years is free of charge. - Children under 12 years old stay free of charge in the room sharing with parents. - Maximum 1 child sharing room with their parents is permitted in an Equatorial Duplex Suite 1 Bedroom. - Maximum 2 children sharing room with their parents are permitted in Villas & Equatorial Duplex suite 2 bedrooms. (1 child sleep on the sofa bed free of charge and 1 child sleep on the sofa bed free of charge and 1 child sleep in extra bed, compulsory breakfast for children) - Children under 12 years sharing room with their parents are entitled to 50% discount on all meal rates
	Non Arrival Policy (No Show) In the event of guest non-arrival, we charge a fee equal to the full length of stay.
	Arrival And Departure Procedure Check in time is 14.00 hrs and check out time is 12.00 hrs (noon). The resort will do its best to have room available for early arrival when notified.
	Visa and Master is accepted to guarantee the room reservation. Anyhow, full-prepayment will be settled from the given card within 20-50 days before arrival date. No show and early check-out, total payment will be non-refundable. During periods of high occupancy, we may request a deposit of a minimum one-night rate to secure the booking. Cancellation Policy: We shall deduct from the given card: Peak Season (23 Dec 06 - 5 Jan 07) Within 50 days prior to arrival date with no fee. 49-31 days prior to arrival date = 50% charge off the initial booking 30-15 days prior to arrival date = 80% charge off the initial booking 15 - 1 days prior to arrival date = 100% charge off the initial booking High and Shoulder Season (12 Apr - 19 Apr 06, 22 Jul - 15 Oct 06, 6 Jan 07 - 31 Mar 07) Within 31 days prior to arrival date with no fee 30-15 days prior to arrival date = 50% charge off the initial booking 15-7 days prior to arrival date = 80% charge off the initial booking 7-1 days prior to arrival date = 100% charge off the initial booking. Low Season (20 Apr - 21 Jul 06, 16 Oct 06 - 22 Dec 06) Within 15 days prior to arrival date with no fee 15-7 days prior to arrival date with 50% charge off the initial booking 7-1 days prior to arrival date = 100% charge off the initial booking. All cancellation/amendment must be informed to us in written notice or email with our acknowledgement only. Failure to do so, we consider it as no cancellation/amendment.
