Laem Set Inn is an owner-managed boutique beach hotel and restaurant on the island of Koh Samui in the Gulf of Thailand near the Southern Thai city of Surat Thani.

	Cut Off Date: Booking or reservation without any confirmation. Cut Off Date at Green Season 20 Days and Mid & High Season 30 Days.
	Cancellation: - All cancellation must be informed to us in written notice or email with our acknowledgement. Failure to do so, cancellation is invalid. - Cancellation must be made within 14 days before arrival date for green season and within 31 days for mid & high seasons. - Late cancellation will be at least 1-night room rate will be charged.
	No Show Charge: at least one night room rate will be charged.
	Full-prepayment within 30 days before arrival. Visa and Master is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
