Remarks:

	All rates inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% VAT and 1% Provincial Tax. The rates are inclusive of daily ABF.
	Extra Bed -For child 12 years old and third person the extra will be charge of 1,300 Baht net inclusive breakfast. Except during the period 20 Dec 07 - 05 Han 08 will charged 1,800 Baht subject to available. Maximum 1 extra bed per room.
	Children's Policy -Children 0-11 years old will stay free of charge in the room sharing with their parents without extra bed, if require for extra bed will be charge for 650 included breakfast, maximum A Baby cot can provide at no cost for infant.

	Compulsory Gala Dinners -Christmas Eve Gala Dinner on 24 Dec 07 - Adult 4,000 Baht -New Year  Eve Gala Dinner on 31 Dec 07 - Adult 5,000 Baht Child 4-11 years old will be charged at 50% of the above subject. The rates are inclusive soft drink (non alcoholic)
	Period of Room Occupancy -Check in time is 2.00 PM. an overnight rate will be charged to guarantee check-in before 2.00 PM. of the arrival date. -Check out time is 12.00 noon on the day of departure. Late check out is subject to availability on the day of check out and the following charges may be applied late check out up until 6.00 PM is subject to a charge of 50% of the room rate and thereafter and additional full nightly charge. -Early check out : Unused room nights are not refundable for early departure unless notice is given to us within at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Extensions of stay are subject to space and rate availability. - Day Use: Day use is on a request basis pending space availability at 50% of room rates.

Cancellation & No Show Charges:

Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement under the following conditions: -Peak Season  30 Days prior to arrival - 1 night charge will be applied  21 Days prior to arrival - 2 night charge will be applied No Show - 100% of full length of stay will be charged. -High Season  21 days prior to arrival - 1 night charge will be applied.  14 days prior to arrival - 2 nights charge will be applied. No Show - 50% of full length of stay will be charged. -Low Season  14 days prior to arrival - 1 night charge will be applied.   7 days prior to arrival - 2 nights charge will be applied. No Show - 2 night room rate will be charged.

Reservation Policy:

Full prepayment within 7 days prior to arrival date.   Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% bank service charge.
