Location

Bay View Village is located on the Samrong Bay (known as "Secret Beach") on the north side of Samui Island in Southern Thailand.

Access - 7 km. from Samui Airport. Samui Airport is operated by Bangkok Airways, which has direct daily flights from Bangkok and Phuket. Thai Airways has daily service from Bangkok to Suratthani (mainland), Transfer from mainland to Samui Island are available by ferry (approximately 3 hours).

Villa - Maximum 2 adults, the third person have to pay extra bed.

- Breakfast 250 Baht
- Lunch 400 Baht net
- Dinner 500 Baht net
Compulsory Dinner :
- 31 December 08 : 2,800 Baht (Children 2-12 years = 1,400 Baht)

Day use : From 12.00 -17.00, charged 50% of room rate.
Transfer :

Child Policy :
No room charge for children under 12 year old, sharing room with parent. Maximun 1 child per room. American Breakfast is compulsory Baht 150. Baby Cot is free of charge.
Reservation Policy: full prepayment within 15 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted without additional charge. Confirmation will be given after payment is done.
Deposit Requirements: in case of long stay or group reservation, we shall request 30% deposit guarantee subject to case-by-case basis.
Cancellation Policy: must be informed within 7 days for low season and 12 days for high season. Otherwise 1 room rate will be charged.
No Show Policy: total payment will be charged without refund.
