Terms and Conditions:

• Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 2 daily breakfasts.
• All the above rates are exclusive 7 % Vat
• Minimum stay of 3 nights required from 20 Dec '06 - 10 jan '07.
• Children Policy:
  • No room charge for one child under 12 years sharing room with parents without extra bed but compulsory breakfast will be charged at 150 baht per day.
  • Maximum 2 adults and 1 child per room.
  • Compulsory breakfast for 12 years old and above will be charged at 300 baht per person per day.
  • Free baby cot for child under 5 years.
• Check in / check out time:
  • Check in time is after 2.00 pm.
  • Check out time is 12:00 noon.
  • Late check out surcharge is 400.- Baht per hour until 16:00 hrs (subject to availability).
  • Late check out surcharge of one night after 16:00 hrs.
• Joiner or guest do not register is not allow to stay with guest under any condition (important).
• Notice of any change should be made 14 days before scheduled arrival date.
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount of the booking is required to guarantee the reservation.
• Transfer from airport to Baan Talay: Baht 300.- for 2 persons per trip, if more than 2 persons there will be a charge of Baht 100.- per person.
• Rates and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Special note:

• This resort is suitable for children and family oriented.
• For safety and comfort, only registered guests are permitted to stay in rooms.
• Joiners are not allowed to stay with guests under any condition.
• We do not allow to play with fireworks in the resort area.

1 Cancellation & No Show Charges: a Cancellation must be made before 17 days prior to arrival date, otherwise the first night rate of the period will be charged.  In case of no show, the first night rate of the period will be charged. Reservation Policy: Full prepayment  prior to arrival date within 7 days for low season, 17 days for high season and 30 days for peak season.
